If you find that your ADSL broadband service is not working (no email AND no web pages coming through) then try power cycling your ADSL modem. Usually this means pulling the power cable out of the back of it for 10 seconds (making sure the lights have gone off) and then plugging back in.
Usually it takes about 2 minutes for the unit to get back online - and 99% of ADSL outages are fixed by this simple method since the modem or the line was simply temporarily locked up.
If you have to do this more than once a week or it doesnt fix the issue - log a fault so we can check for you further!
