Please note that you MUST check your Ezylink email to recieve these messages -> web mail like Hotmail and Yahoo will NOT receive these emails and you may get cut off without realizing the account limit

> Renewals of accounts are done on the day of expiry - to confirm your renewal payment has been received please check in your account for Renewal Payment.

> Excess Payments for accounts must be paid for by the 21st of the month in which they occur

> Customers on the 50hr 12 month pack will receive monthly emails once the pack has reached 40hrs just to let you know you have 10 or less hours to go, regardless of expiry date
